Gayle Long is a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) and experienced mediator who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage, Family Therapy (MFT). She also has experience in crisis intervention and communication. With experience as a Realtor, and professional therapist Gayle brings a variety of business and counseling skills to her work as a CRC mediator. She actively mediates in the CRC court program as well as in CRC’s community-based mediation services and has actively taught basic mediation training through CRC’s 25-hour certification program.
Diane is passionate about mediation and restoring relationships. She has been a Certified Mediator for CRC since 2000, specializing in Real Estate Disputes. She is also a Real Estate Broker/Owner of Sierra Gold Realty Group, and Realtor with ERA Cornerstone Realty Group, with 30 years of negotiating experience. Master Club Charter and lifetime member of NCAOR. President of Nevada County Association of Realtors in 2011. NCAOR Profession Standards Chairperson, California Association of REALTORS Director. Kathy Foster has a professional background in business administration and project management in both small business and corporate settings. She served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Alameda County, as well as a staff member or volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations. Her quiet demeanor and natural ability to listen and see multiple sides of situations has contributed to her success in the various roles and environments in which she has worked.
Kathy took the CRC mediation training in October 2015 and has been mediating with CRC since then. She joined the Board of CRC in June 2016.
